Born in Visegrad, 1954. Graduated from Photography studies at the FAMU Academy in Prague. In 1978/79. he started postgraduate studies and in 1981. he defended his PhD.
From 1983. he has worked at the Academy of Fine Arts and the Academy of Performing Arts as a professor of Photography.
He is a professional photographer, photo-designer, graphic designer and a filmmaker.
He is a member of assotiation of filmmakers, association of artists of B&H, FEP (Federation of European Photographers - Paris), WCPP (World Council of Professional Photographers - New York).
