Lack of electricity was a big problem fro citizens of Sarajevo during the war. Aggressor used every opportunity to cut off the lectricity in surrounded city. Because of that, forty-five year old auto mechanic decided to make a hydroelectric power plant at little river Spreca, in Sarajevo suburb. He made a dam at Spreca, wheel with dims of some old truck which moved an old electric motor. His neighbors were skeptic about his work, laughing at him as a poor guy who "lost his balance" because of war. When the first light bulb was lit, neighbors returned to their usual job, with a slight sense of embarrassment.
