Just before the 14th Olympic Games a magnificent hotel was constructed in the centre of Sarajevo belonging to the Holiday Inn chain. When the war started, the hotel found itself on the front line. One whole wing of the hotel is almost destroyed, but the other side, that one which is less vulnerable to shells and sniper fire, worthy hotel personnel do their best to keep the hotel at a high level. This documentary tells the story of how they made it through and succeeded in entertaining a new type of guests: war reporters, journalists and writers from various agencies, publications and TV stations from all over the world.
